Batch 8 (c) - IPA IPA IPA IPA IPA over and over again.

OK another round at an Imperial IPA.  Missed the OG again so added 2 lb. of DME.  Then it over-evaporated down to about 3.5 gallons.  So I left it there.  That's one way to hit your target gravity.
